Produktbeschreibung
Unsere hartgezogenen blanken Leiter nach IEC-Standard werden aus hochreinem EC-Aluminium (1350 oder 1370) hergestellt und entsprechen vollständig IEC 60889 und IEC 61089. Für ACSR-Konstruktionen ist optional die Konformität mit ASTM B232 verfügbar. Diese Leiter zeichnen sich durch ein konzentrisch geschlagenes Litzendesign aus und das Hartziehverfahren sorgt für eine hohe Zugfestigkeit, eine hervorragende elektrische Leitfähigkeit (≥61 % IACS) sowie eine gute Kriech- und Ermüdungsbeständigkeit. Es wird eine breite Palette anpassbarer Optionen angeboten, darunter Leitertyp (AAC, AAAC, ACSR, ACAR), Verseilungskonfiguration, Stahlkernsorte (verzinkt oder mit Aluminium ummantelt), Querschnittsfläche und Korrosionsschutzgrad.
Normale Nutzungsbedingungen
A. Umgebungstemperatur: –40 °C bis +90 °C (Notfall bis +120 °C)
b. Höhe: nicht mehr als 2000 Meter (höher auf Anfrage)
c. Netzfrequenz: 50 Hz oder 60 Hz
d. Windgeschwindigkeit und Eislast: gemäß den örtlichen Standards für die Leitungsgestaltung
Schlüsselmerkmale
Hartgezogene Aluminiumlitzen – bieten eine höhere Bruchlast und eine bessere Durchhangfestigkeit als geglühte Leiter.
Flexible Anpassung – verfügbar als AAC, AAAC, ACSR oder ACAR; Beliebige Verseilung und Querschnitt von 10 mm² bis 1600 mm².
ASTM B232-konform (auf Anfrage) – für ACSR-Typen, erfüllt die Anforderungen an verzinkten Stahlkern der Klassen A, B oder C.
Korrosionsbeständige Optionen – aluminiumbeschichteter Stahlkern (AW), korrosionshemmendes Fett oder verbesserte Beschichtung für Küsten-/Industriegebiete.
Geringe elektrische Verluste – mindestens 61 % IACS-Leitfähigkeit sorgen für eine effiziente Stromübertragung.

Geringere Leitfähigkeit als Vollkupfer oder Vollaluminium (AAC) bei gleichem Querschnitt (beim ACSR-Typ führt der Stahlkern keinen Strom)
Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Wärmeausdehnung von Bimetallen sind möglicherweise spezielle Steckverbinder für ACSR erforderlich
Der Kern aus verzinktem Stahl ist in rauen Umgebungen anfällig für Korrosion, sofern er nicht auf aluminiumbeschichteten Stahl aufgerüstet wird
